An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a man who police believe followed a woman home from a Scottsdale casino, robbed and killed her in August 2004.
Michael Hawkins, 28, was arrested Tuesday after he was matched with video surveillance from the casino and DNA evidence from the crime scene, Sgt. Tommy Thompson with the Phoenix Police Department said Wednesday.
